1:Green Detox Juice:
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 cucumber
1 green apple
1 lemonl
1-inch piece of ginger
Instructions:
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Peel the lemon and ginger.
Cut the cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger into small pieces.
Put all the ingredients into a juicer and blend until smooth.
Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy.
2:Beetroot and Carrot Juice:
Ingredients:
1 beetroot
2 carrots
1 apple
1-inch piece of ginger
Instructions:
Wash and peel the beetroot, carrots, apple, and ginger.
Cut them into small pieces.
Juice all the ingredients together.
